The goal is to start-up as inexpensively as possible. Consultancy business require as reasonable amount of initial investment but finance would be arranged without involving banks, amount would be injected into business at different intervals as required. Total investment planes to be invested is £50,000. Provided by owners.

Company ownership

Al & IM Business Consultancy will work as Private Limited Company to be initiated and operated by two persons who would acts as shareholders and directors of the company.

Company Locations and Facilities

Currently shareholders have setup the office at East London area that would be use for running business.

Computer facilities will initially consist of the owner’s existing system.

Telephone/Fax – one line would serve the purpose.

Utilities-would be available along with lease contract
